Five-Star Flavor, According to Our Guests

John and his team are terrific. I started using Reliant years ago after dealing with a big national company that didn't seem to listen or answer my questions with knowledge and insight. I am not a bug fan, so John's excitement for learning about them, their behaviors, and how to control/eliminate them has been really neat. During the first visit, he did a thorough internal an external review of my home to troubleshoot - advising me of what was working well and possible issues. Since then, I use his team for quarterly bug service. In addition, I had a couple of mice show up in my kitchen two years ago while out of town. My friend, and another Reliant customer called John for me and he quickly showed up, looked around for how they got in, and set up some traps ... creatively thinking on his feet to make them cat-safe with materials on-hand. Most recently, I asked him to research mosquito treatments that would be safe for pollinators since I grow veggies/flowers and have water along the back of my land so the mosquitoes are viscious; he'd already been looking into it and found a product he trusted. I started that service 2 months ago and although it is still ramping up, I'm starting to see a reduction in their numbers (hooray). All this to say, I highly recommend John Sheen and his team at Reliant Pest Management.
